RebuiltStore.com handles all online purchases through PayPal, an industry-standard method of secure ordering. PayPal accepts a variety of payment options, including credit card, bank transfer, or through a PayPal account. PayPal has received close to 20 awards for technical excellence from the internet industry and the business community at large -most recently the 2003 Webby Award for Best Finance Site and the 2003 Webby Peoples Voice Award for Best Finance Site.
RebuiltStore also accepts fax and mail orders. We prefer that you use the security of online orders with PayPal; however, if you feel more comfortable with mail order, please click here to download a .pdf order form. Fill in the order form with your complete information, figure the postage and handling charge, and mail your check or money order to: Rebuilt Records, P.O. Box 5656 Athens, GA 30604. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view downloaded order form. It is available free at Adobe.com. For fax orders, send your order along with credit card info including expiration date to our fax number: 800.927.9716. Include your address and email address.
We do not accept phone orders at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The RebuiltStore utilizes a United States Postal Service shipping module which calculates shipping costs based on USPS shipping rates.
International
15 to 28 Business Days
RebuiltStore.com can ship to virtually any address in the world. Each order shipping amount depends on order weight and destination. If you have any questions regarding shipping to your address, please email customer@rebuiltstore.com.
Returns Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any of the following items to RebuiltStore.com, for any reason, for a full refund (we will also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error):
- Any CD in its original, unopened condition
- Any apparel or merchandise item in its original condition
If you ordered a CD and the case was cracked during shipment, contact us through email - customer@rebuiltstore.com - or phone - 706.546.1475 - and we will rush a new case out to you ASAP.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from RebuiltStore.com. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 60 days. |
